Happy Sunday! Hope everyone's staying warm, it's chilly in NY right now and tonight it's supposed to become absolutely frigid. Today's my recovery day from a great bottomless brunch yesterday afternoon with my girlfriends. I think I'll be releasing a part II to my recommended restaurants list (which you can read here), because there are so many more places I've since added to me personal bank of fav spots! On another note, today I'm sharing the first shoot I did this year with my friend Migs, with extra support from Amos. I'm sporting a new shirt from a great NYC brand, Last Year Being Broken! Keep reading for the best shots we got in Chinatown.

I always have the best time going out with Migs and Amos, and this time was no different. We met up at my favorite bubble tea joint in the city, Vivi Bubble Tea. I ordered my usual cream covered Jasmine tea and a spicy popcorn chicken (which I think I also got Migs hooked on, haha). We hit up a basketball court, then Amos joined in and we headed down to Chinatown. There's where these pictures were taken. I'm wearing two of my favorite Christmas gifts that I received this year, a burgundy corduroy jacket with sherpa lining on the inside and a new Last Year Being Broken shirt from the mystery box they were doing on Black Friday!

I love how these photos came out so so much. What made me happier was that we got a photo in front of one of the 88 Gates, part of the Chinatown 88 Gates Project. This is John Yu's project, and I was so thrilled to have this painted bamboo gate in back of me in the photo below. See that pic and more of my favorites (including a really cool neon one) by scrolling down!
